Trying to leave their troubled lives behind, twin brothers return to their hometown to start again, only to discover that an even greater evil is waiting to welcome them back.

Sinners unfolds over 24 hours as the Smokestack Twins return home after chasing success in the north, hoping to start fresh by opening a juke joint for the local Black community. The celebration takes a dark turn when a supernatural evil emerges, forcing the partygoers to remain inside throughout the night to survive.
