COVID-19 POLICY

Last Updated: February 28, 2022

Starting March 1, 2022 The GRAND will no longer require vaccination checks or masks in order to enter the building unless the presenter for the event which you are attending requests this. Each event on our Upcoming Events page will individually note whether or not vaccination checks and masks will be required though please be patient as we update these pages and please presume vaccination checks and masks are required until clearly updated otherwise. If you purchase a ticket to an event where vaccination checks and masks are required, then you agree to abide by the requirements outlined further below. Please note that even if a mask is not required for an event that you are attending that you are highly encouraged to still wear one.

However, If you test positive for COVID-19, then you must not attend The GRAND as per current Alberta Health Services regulations.

We will not tolerate harassment of individuals who freely elect to wear a mask. There is a zero-tolerance policy and you will be immediately removed from the building and banned from future attendance at The GRAND should you be observed to have harassed anyone in our building. The GRAND will be the sole determiner of the threshold for what it considers inappropriate behaviour. You will not be refunded your ticket if you are removed from our building on these grounds.

The GRAND will be keeping up to date on the changing COVID-19 environment and will adjust our policies as required/mandated by health authorities and/or the municipal, provincial, and federal governments. All of the above will be implemented indefinitely.

PLEASE READ THESE PARAMETERS IF THE EVENT YOU ARE ATTENDING REQUIRES VACCINATION CHECKS AND / OR MASKING.
