Your support?enables us to begin envisioning the next 25 years of Theatre Junction Grand, a place where people can?create, think and dream. It will be a place where we can actively stage and build shared meaning and culture.??Imagine what this space could add to the fabric of Calgary and the richness of the community and the resulting impact on:
Every year between 15 and 20 high school students receive, at no cost over 125 mentored hours of acting, movement, playwriting and collective creation which activates, engages and deepens the students? understanding of themselves and their communities. Our high school mentorship program provides one credit toward their high school diploma.

Every year Theatre Junction provides spaces and professional mentorship to artists with promising projects and the desire to realize them fully. TJ Labs addresses the chronic need to train and grow a new generation of artists that will elect to stay in Calgary and have a significant impact on the culture and future of the country (country or city or province?).
Creators of Original Work
Artistic Director, Mark Lawes, and an ensemble of multidisciplinary artists will continue to create new work designed to tour nationally and internationally, furthering links between our city and the vast, diverse world of artists
People need a place to create, think and dream together. We need a place to converge and share ideas. Theatre Junction is this place. It is where art, ideas and people connect in new ways, are surprised by the imagination of strangers and turned inside out by art.
ARTISTS WERE HERE
Just a peek at the writing on our back-stage wall reveals the breadth of visits from artists far and wide who have presented their work at Theatre Junction GRAND. We?re thrilled to have a few of our favourites return this season with new creations. Don?t miss Hiroaki Umeda, CIRCA and Annabel Soutar. And of course, we welcome new artists from Belgium and Germany.

DIRECTOR'S CIRCLE OF SUPPORTERS
It takes a lot more than money to get a theatre company off the ground, build an audience, save a historic building as live art space, create new work and keep it all running. There are countless people whose ideas and energy were essential to our first 25 years. We thank every one of them.
There are those people who have had the capacity to give financially as well as with their time, ideas and energy and they belong to our Director?s Circle of supporters.
